Goodify is owned and operated by an individual.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Goodify mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Goodify is a habit-building app designed to help children build healthy habits with guidance from their parents or legal guardians.
Children can set goals and complete habits.
Parents control which habits are available.
Children earn karma points for completed habits.
Karma points are virtual and used only for motivation.
Parents are solely responsible for deciding and purchasing any real-world rewards.
Goodify does not sell physical goods or guarantee rewards.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Parents
Parents or legal guardians must be 18 years or older.
Parents create and manage parent accounts.
Parents are responsible for supervising child use of the App.
Children
Children may only use Goodify with parental permission and supervision.
Child accounts must be linked to a parent account using an invite code.
Parents control habit approval, rewards, and account access.
3. Account Verification
We use mobile phone number verification to help secure accounts.
Verification codes are sent via SMS.
You are responsible for keeping your phone number accurate and secure.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
4. Parent–Child Account Linking
Parents can link their account to a child account using an invite code.
Parents control:
Which habits are available
Which habits earn karma points
Whether rewards are provided
Parents may unlink or delete child accounts at any time.
5. Karma Points and Rewards
Karma points are virtual points only.
Karma points have no cash value.
Karma points cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.
Rewards are not provided by Goodify.
Parents are fully responsible for fulfilling any promised rewards.
Goodify is not liable for disputes related to rewards.
6. No Medical or Professional Advice
Goodify is not a medical, health, or professional advice app.
Any habit suggestions are for general motivation only.
Always consult qualified professionals for health, medical, or behavioral concerns.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes
Provide false information
Attempt to bypass security or verification systems
Abuse or misuse the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Goodify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using Goodify at any time.
Parents may delete their account and associated child accounts.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Goodify is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We are not responsible for:
Missed habits
Unfulfilled rewards
Parent–child disagreements
Loss of data or access
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
